A Tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven used in cooking and baking. The tandoor is used for cooking certain types of foods such as tandoori chicken, chicken tikka and bread varieties like tandoori roti and naan. It was popularised during the Moghul reign in South Asia. 

All tandoori dishes are marinated over night in a yogurt and tomato sauce, cooked in the tandoor and served with our special seasonal salad and yogurt mint sauce.

Mirchi Murgh Tikka (Madras Hot)

Tender pieces of chicken are marinated in a well balanced Greek yoghurt, garlic and chilli based sauce, then char grilled in the tandoor. A must for spicy food lovers.

Tandoori Chicken

Made up of minced meat with onions, fresh ginger, garlic, coriander and spices wrapped around skewers and roasted inside the tandoori.
